We stopped at Sunclub the first year it opened. With a spanking new hotel you couldn't really go wrong.
We enjoyed it there but you are a fair way out from Salou itself. However there is a small cul de sac of English Themed bars just down the road. Unfortunately we did not discover these until late in our second week.

SunClub is fine but the walls of the rooms are a bit thin!

Hi,
We are staying in Sunclub in July.
Can anyone advise if any blocks/apartments have best views and quieter? Thanks.

Hi Leo8..
Sunclub is in Cap salou so it is relatively quiet anyway. We had a pool view. It was fantastic sitting on the balconyb at 00.00 sat nights and watching all the fireworks going of from "Port Ventura". Even though it was that far the view was fantastic.

:( having started this tread on the sun club i like to give my opion on the hotel. we stayed at the hotel for two weeks this July,the hotel its self is not a 4 star hotel,were they get there rating is behond me.
the apartments are ok but be warned keep on your footwear on because your feet would be black with the dirt from the tile floor,my wife would sweep & mop the floor every day {the cleaners came about twice a week}
we might have been unlucky with the apartment which was on the ground floor next too the outside pool area,the trouble being close to the pool area was the nose at night from kids playing on the pool tables until 2am and running down corridors.
the hotel is on a slight hill with a supermarket next to the hotel, the hotel entertament is very poor. Cap Salou were the hotel is is very hilly with not much of a beach,there are abut 8 or 9 places to eat outside the hotel.
if you want to go to Salou or Lap Pinede we had to catch buses which cost would mount up after two weeks,i did try walking to Lap Pinede which part is down hill it took 30 mins, but with the heat i was shatterd when i arrived, anybody with walking difficultys i would not go this hotel, if you like the area i would say go to Lap Pinede which is flat and has a lovely beach,overall iwas dissapointed with this holiday, i hope it helps anybody thinking of staying at this hotel or resort.
