If you are heading out to the Costa del Sol soon, look out for your loose change. You may well find out that what you think is a one euro coin is, in fact, a 10 baht from Thailand.
These coins are almost identical to the euro, being the same size and weight. Only problem is, they are worth only 14p, while the euro is worth five times more!
Large quantities of bahts are reported to have been smuggled into Southern Spain via Morocco, so keep your wits about you.
