Hi,
Can someone tell me please if I can use my Pass card (it has Cirus on the back) to withdraw money in Bulgaria (Particularly Sunny Beach)?
I really hope the answer is yes as I find this the easiest way to access holiday money.

Please see the last few posts in this thread - I can only refer you to your card issuer, as I have never used Cirrus.
If it is, as it appears to be, Mastercard's equivalent of Visa's Delta Debit Card, you should have no problems.
You are likely to be able to withdraw up to 400 Leva per day but remember that your card issuer will almost certainly charge a percentage/fee for each withdrawal, but do check with your card issuer.
