just returned from orient palace hotel alanya turkey, cannot praise hotel and staff enough had a wonderful time, we went on our honeymoon, and had a proffessional photo shoot done so we had some amazing photos done to celebrate, we had 128 photos taken, we had the prints done and also had them put on disc, but our problem is the case containing them did not arrive at manchester airport with the rest of our luggage,we have followed procedure, and phoned the airport every day,they cannot give us an answer,it has been four days now,so sadly we are beginning to accept they have gone for good. now have to claim off the insurance but cannot replace the memories the photos would have given us. we flew with onur air a turkish airline,can anyone give me any advice please tried emailing the hotel to see if they have a duplicate set of the pictures but had no reply as yet.
