I have also seen some descriptions of building work in Sveti Vlas, and on the new marina over the past couple of months.

It appears to have featured heavily in at least one person's view of their holiday, whereas others merely mentioned it in passing. With the levels of development in the Bulgarian resorts, construction work is a fact of life at the moment - despite the municiplities' attempts to stop it during the holiday season.

Have you queried your travel agent/tour operator about the effects of this work on your accommodation?
