Undercooked chicken - the only time we experienced this was at the pool bar. Me and my daughter had a chicken wrap which I quite enjoyed. I had finished mine and Bethan was still eating hers when a piece of chicken fell out. It wasn't undercooked, it was raw. I opened up the wrap and every other piece of chicken in there was cooked ok. I can only think that it somehow got into the salad that is added to the wrap.
We never experienced any mouldy bread etc. As I said in an earlier post our only complaint about the food was the temperature.

The mini fridge in the room just had water in it when we arrived. You got given a list of things you could have in it with all the prices laid out.

The air con could be used whenever you were in your room as long as the patio door were shut.

according to the brochure all the rooms have air con, is this true??

And is the same as the posting above theat it only comes on when the doors are shut?

Thankyou

yes the icecream is available from the beachbar and its very delicious and creamy especially the chocolate !!!!!!!

with regards to the undercooked chicken i only saw one man complaining at the restaurant when the deep fried chicken pink in the middle, but they were very apologetic considering he was very abrupt!! to them, you can go to a restaurant here and get a bad one off these things happen.

I would like to say i have a 6 and 8 year old who loved the food and never had a problem we even had the ice in the drinks and no probs,
my kids want to mention the kids buffet in the restaurant at tea time they loved the food especially the chicken on sticks and the caramalised bananas.

Yes the lads with soccer school were excellent, for the high ropes i think the youngest is 6 my son did it via the taz club but they do family days where you can all go on but its a bit pricey i think about £18

With regards to money spent it was the our first time AI so i took £500 in lira and travellers cheques and spent it all, but we did 2 excursions and my hubby went scuba diving after a free session at the hotel,

I did buy lots of shoes and the kids that quality c**p the turks call it from the shops, i spent too much in the hotel complex you can reduce the amount spent by going into sarigerme for example i paid £19 for 2 lilos in the hotel, and our friends got thiers in the town for £9, a lesson we learnt later on.

its absolutly great there, but was getting very busy when we were leaving

Just read the latest reviews and was shocked by the complaints I was there same time and never had undercooked food or mouldy bread!
We never broke our key card either I think it would have been difficult to break?

£19 or even £9 for a lilo oh my god
They are about £2 in asda and wilkinsons i think i will take a couple of my own they arent that heavy to pack i dont think and we still have a rocket inflatable from another hol so i will take that aswell.....cheap skate i know!!!
I am just going to take a couple of hundred with me and see how we get on then as i dont think we will spend much more than that especially if we use our card for any trips we may do.
Thanks for the comments on the food i suppose they may always be the odd bit that isnt right but at least if it usually good thats ok.

We were going to buy lilos for our daughter (9) but there was an abundance of them by the towel hut from people who were leaving and were happy to pass them on FOC so we didnt have to bother buying. Im sure there will be a few spares. I know somebody while we were there "re-sold" their lilo back to the shop when they left too!

The place is great and so is the food. However I did get a raw chicken wrap one lunchtime because they were near to the end of the chicken on the skewer thing and they couldn't keep up with the queue and cooking it quickly enough. I told them, they apologised and took it back and gaveme another one a few minutes later when it was cooked. You can always leave it if you really don't like the look of it - nobody will tell you off!
Music seemed to play over the pool in the last few days (they moved the speakers) which was nice (for us anyway cos we like music).

We bought some lovely stuff from the hotel shops while we were there and the "real designer fakes" have washed up a treat! Me and my husband also had some definitely not fake jewellry made while we were there which we are very pleased with.

Anyone going will have a brill time.

:D Hi again

I was wondering if someone could tell me whether there is a children's mini disco in the evenings - you know, the old favourites 'Cartoon Hero', 'follow the leader', etc - and where and at what time :?: You have to keep the kids (and me :!: ) happy

Thanks Luv Ream xxxx

They have a show called crowsfeet island every night at the ampitheatre 8pm for kiddies, until ten to 9 they play games and dance to songs and present certificates for soccer school and swim kids, my kids loved it.

look out for captain crowsfeet and goulash the cuddly monster who befriends alfie and grace.

we flew from bristol, meant to be cardiff but they said they have pulled the cardiff flights,

but after meeting several people who had from cardiff, never got to the bottom of it but reps adamant that there were no flights.

i pre booked my late check out room via uk as the flight change was ridiculous so kept our room till 6pm and met another family that kept theirs to midnight so bunked with them but otherwise wouldve got kicked out at 12 noon i would double check.

count the 14nts from the day you shoudve arrived even if you arrive at 6am your room was ready at 12 noon the day before.

Hi Phippsy
I would get it in writing from FC before you go so that there is no argument when you are there. I would not take FC word for it without the back up in writing.
Hi Emma
We just paid £70 for 12 sessions at the creche. Someone earlier in this forum said it was better to book from England to guarantee you a space. I think the more sessions you have the cheaper the session. Look in the back of the FC brochure I think it listed all the prices in there.
Hi Thehargreaves
We go on the 20/07 to pt so will see you there.
Our boy is 10 and think he will want to go to the soccer school has anyone got a boy of the same age going at the same time?
For people who have already been, is it best to book this before you go or is it OK to book when you get there. Was wondering if there is a limited amount of space or not?

Hi wilsonfamily

I am going 3rd aug and have a 5yr old boy and i have pre booked the soccerschool with it being peak season i didnt want to run the risk of him not getting in it as he is so looking forward to it.....i booked the 4 days at £55.
Also its one less thing to sort out when you get there and less money to take the more you can pre pay the better i say.

You are arriving on our last night. Let us know what you are wearing that night so we don't match  Just joking. its just funny seeing that we have both picked the same pic. You will be able to spot us easily cos we will be the one's at the bar the most that night making the most of the last night AI. :glynis
