Can anyone recommend any restaurants in Cap Salou or within walking distance. We are staying Hotel Cala Font. We prefer the more Spanish type restaurant (Tapas etc) or Italian rather than traditional British grub.

we r just back from cap salou and there is not too much to do there but plenty of buses or a road train to go to either salou or la pineda the places to eat in cap salou were mainly english grub but all very nice food good and staff very friendly . cap salou is very hilly but a lot flatter in salou or la pineda . the buses seem to charge what they like but usually around 1.50 euros to salou a taxi is about 6 euros and train was 2.50 euros and u can get off anywhere you like or do round trip

we stayed in the vancouver apartments directly opposite the ontario they are sister aparthotels and it looked very nice they had a lot of evening entertainment more than ours and people were going over from ours to there in evenings daytimes there seemed to be a lot going on aswell
