I would really appreciate any advice on where I can book a 'cheap' (!) Indian ocean holiday during the summer holidays - if there is such a thing! or at least a 'good deal'! 2 weeks all inclusive.

Try Sri Lanka especially with First Choice, there seems to be some good deals during the end of July and August.
