Hi bobbsy,went on the 12-to- 19th june to marmarise, went to the taj twice @ 8 ish,& 10 ish.walked in asked for a table for six,no problem,but it has been a bit quiet so far , things might change after the footie, but if you go and they say come back in an hour or two,walk along the front have a few beers , go back and enjoy , allways better to have a good curry after a good drink or three... i m o...Gavin

we had 6 meals in the taj all were good.
the shish kebab and onion bhaji were top notch.
chicken tikka massala was very good (wife and son)
i had chicken madras vindaloo and dupiaza.
i would mark them 7/10 madras, 6/10 vindaloo, 5/10 dupiazza, and 8/10 tikka masala
they were all the same base mix,more like a all in the pot curry rather than meat cooked with spices then the sauce added. they just added a dash of chilli to the base mix to give heat, the dupiaza was the basic curry with a few onions on top.
i do like my curry so i am a little critical.
so to get a 10 it would have to be very good.
that said the food was all very enjoyable.
the service 9/10.
price 9/10.
one night we could not get in with 4 people it was around 10pm.
overall they were the best meals we had in marmariss.

we are just back from mamaris, 8 of us ate there four times while we were there we never had to book a table food was lovely staff worked very hard, also found it pretty reasonable,we always ate upstairs in the open air it was really lovely

its been 2 years if i remember is it round corner from Kocer club/Aussie bar. i didnt go but from reviews it sounds really good. thanks

great if we can eat open air. Love their food so will pay a visit in september
