Hi, we're going over at the end of the month - 2 Adults, 2 teenagers. Can anyone advise what sort of things are included for 'self-catering'.
I've looked at the Oasis dunas website, so know about the towels etc - but do I need to take my own loo rolls?
I know there isn't an oven or microwave, so cooking will be a bit limited (and even though eating out is cheap, don't know that we can afford to eat out every day).
Are things like pasta easy to obtain?

(Suddy, thanks - the photos are helpful)
Is there anything you wish that you'd be advised take with you..............
thanks

hi leylie. i took loo roll for the first night incase we needed it but 2 were already in the bathroom ready for you so you wont need these. there is a good supermarket at the bottom of the town road which is alot cheeper than nettos. also as i recommended to others if you go to the beach in the town to corrintina cafe then you can get a baguette for lunch which were only 2.50 euros and the kids got chips then we ate out at night time. hope this helps and i cant wait to go back you will really enjoy it.happy holidays :D

Hi pmaxi. The Oasis Dunas are forever closing pools down, they closed a few of them down round about March/April this year for what reason i don't know.I stayed at The Oasis Dunas in July for 2 weeks and if anything i couldn't fault the pools everything else ....thats another story. The Oasis Royal has 4 small pools and not sure about The Oasis Village but try checking out Hotel reviews for the Village and see if you can get any futher info regarding the pools.

Hi, due to go to Oasis Dunas on 6th Dec, would be happy to get any info on pool situation (whether building work has finished), restuarant (whether it has been rebuilt after the fire), cleanliness of rooms, current weather and anything else I would find useful. After reading recent reviews I'm a bit worried its going to be a holiday from hell... :(
EDIT: Merged with existing 5 page thread, which should hopefully provide you with some more useful info
