worst 1 ive been to was marmaris palace in turkey, it was diabolical for a 5 star, rooms were basic, worn needed revamping to get to 5 star standard, food was limited, only 1 restaurant with huge queues and only 1-2 cooked meals to choose from except loads of salads, desserts were all sickly turkish, no fruit , gateauxs, ice cream etc.couldnt even get white rolls for breakfast, hard to find a table, it was a nightmare, nothing suitable for kids, afternoon cake was so hard you could play cricket with it. cleaners were very noisey and shouted out side our rooms early morning. we went in april and most facilities were limited big slide wasnt open. they obviously cut down on the quality of food whilst we were there or they would have huge complaints in the summer if this was their standard, we expected to see fresh food being cooked, or grilled meats etc there was nothing like this, just stews, ive been to better 3 star all incs i would give the food 2 at a push, no way would i recommend this hotel ,or would we ever return to this hotel, i would return to marmaris and icmeler
only good point was the scenery from the hotel to the sea
The food was ok, very small portions and the hotel was quite dated - we checked out after a week and went elsewhere.
After day 1 at this hotel, my husband became close friends with the toilet. So did I after day 3.............We both still are after 2 weeks and it's not getting any better!
No fridge in any of the rooms, no bottled water, etc.
Very rude and unhelpful reception staff.
The complaints go on and on....................

We are going to Majorca in two weeks, We know about liquids make up etc but what can we put in hand luggae now and are we allowed 5 kgs
Worst Holiday All Inclusive ever has to be superclub breezes puerta plata, Domincan Republic! Its Horrendous
worse riu wakkiki gran canaria and telemacos (sp) in dassia corfu
worst one weve been to Bahia Flamingo, Tenerife.
got to be the King Richard hotel in limmasol cyprus-Read the reviews to confirm this-definatly faulty towers
got to be Club Cabanas in Portugal. It is dreadful.
The worst has to be the magic rock gardens in benidorm it is up a 1 in 7 hill a car can hardly get up it the food is ransid and undercooked and the entertainment is non existant the hotel boasts 7 bars but there are only 2 open at any one time there are no balconies instead you have a small window you have to stand on your bed to open it must be hell in summer
Never done an all inclusive before and after reading all these posts am getting quite nervous about my booked holiday in July.
Click Here Joolz for our reviews of the Baia Bodrum hotel.
Hotel seems a little remote from what I have read - not sure I'm gonna like that. Never mind though, there's not a lot I can do about that now its all booked!!
Can't speak for your hotel, but as for AI, don't worry, we love it. I have to say we aren't big drinkers or anything like that, but it's so relaxing not to have to budget for food and drink. You watch the pennies enough at home without doing it on holiday as well. I don't know if you have children, but with ours it's ideal- they get what they want, when they want it. No having to keep money by the pool etc!! As for being remote, no budgeting for food, means more money for trips out and taxis if need be.

Last year we went to Club La Manga (without my son) and it made me think about staying in a hotel with my son. I kept seeing children going upto the bar and ordering drinks, crisps and ice creams and putting them on their room bill - imagine your shock at the end of the holiday. I know that a small bottle of water cost about 5/6 euro's. This is why we're doing the AI so I don't have to say no to ice-creams, crisps etc - all these little drinks and snacks soon add up.
we went to rhodes 3 years ago self catering with our 2 boys, we spent £2000 and all we got from the boys was "can i have" money for everything, it`s all we get at home so it`s great to go AI, my only problem now is there ages. 12 and 14. why do hotels class people over 12 as an adult?? they cannot drink or do anything else that is for adults but they can charge us adult prices for them.. i think it`s a disgrace and something should be done..wonder if theres a TV program that could approach this subject, sorry i`m off again, AI is more relaxing and you do feel like you`ve had a nice holiday cos if the kids are happy then you don`t have to hear them moan, asking for money all the time etc, which means a good holiday all round
It is a con when the charge adult prices for 12 year olds, you're right they can't do proper adult stuff like drinking. I know they probably eat more than a 5/6 year old but its still only chips and burgers!
One in Sidari, Corfu - think it was the Garden Village?
Was it that bad that you couldn't eat there?
