Have read that it's being held at the wind farm of Granadilla,between gigantic windmills and near the sea. Main artist OCS.
The farthest I've travelled by taxi is from PDLA to San Miguel. If I remember correctly it wasn't at all expensive,but I believe Granadilla is slightly further away.

Taxi to Granadilla should cost around 20 euros maybe slightly more as fares seem to have risen recently check with driver first

Have just reread Fionas reply & the concert would appear to be down near the coast where the new port is going to be built not in Granadilla which is several kilometres away up in the hills

Just had a look at Google Earth (Instituto Cendagorta) and yes,it does look like it's nearer the coast. You can actually see the windmills/ generators etc.
Not too far from the airport either
