Hello Everyone sorry about delay off my holiday report

First off all we flew with Excel from Newcastle on the 3rd July 3 adults 2 teenagers 2 baby's

Flight was on time no problem's what so ever.

Landed at Dalaman new termanal total headache it stated baggage for Newcastle flight carosel 6 so we all stood at 6 only 5 bags came off

Waited 30 minutes no more bags went to see customer services only told go to carosel 2 which we did so.

Eventually after anothe 45minutes got luggage but minus one baby buggy

By this time the baby's were getting disstresed i went looking for our other buggy no were in sight

Went to find somebody about this only to be told no problem buggy hasnt turned up

I sat 50minutes in the airport filling in a report sheet stating the buggy would be delivered to our hotel within 24hrs.

Its 13days since i reported the lost buggy and ive still not recieved it back.

We went through arrival's to find Ali from Icmeleronline waiting for us with ice cold bottle of water which was much needed.

On arrial to our hotel Club Armar the fun started we had booked 2 family rooms only to be told after another hour off waiting that we had been overbooked but there did find us 2 rooms.

We got settled into our rooms by the way there was 3 beds in my room for myself my 16yr old daughter and my 2yr old twin grand daughters
I was sleeping in the double bed with my granddaughters with wasnt very comftable at all

The hotel itself was nice food was good and serice was great only downfall was the bar closed at 11pm

On the Wednesday after 2 sleepness nights i complained to the rep reason been one i still hadnt recived the buggy that had gone missing
2 been we had paid extra money for 2 family rooms and never got one.

The rep had big argument with the hotel boss and offered to move us to the Antique Palace i didnt want to move has it ment dragging all the luggage etc etc in a taxi to another hotel in the end i said yes we will move

With in minutes off the rep telling the boss i wanted to move he offered me a upgraded free off charge to a Jaccussi suite which i accepted this was a huge room with 4 beds in 2 balcony's a sofa 2 chairs a walk in shower and a jaccuzzi loads off space so i was well pleased

The rep phoned the airport for me about the missing buggy only to be told sorry it hasnt turned up

Has it was a friend off mine was flying into turkey on the Thursday so i phoned her and she brought me a spare one over so at least we could go out walking shopping etc.

Then i thought brilliant nothing else can go wrong but how wrong was i 2pm turkish time early hours off the friday i got a call from my sister's room asking me to open my door to her

I knew with her crying it was something serious i was told our mum had died so that was a shock.

I had to carry on for the kids sake has they are to young to understand what was happening we put on a happy face for the Fri Sat Sun that was remaining.

On the 10th July we flew home pick up from Icmeler on line was on time no problems at all

We got to Airport which i was dreading but it went smooth duty free shop is basacilly the same as the uk ones now but they were selling people 1000 ciggarette at a time has i bought them and shared them out between us all and only askede for one passport.

The airport is much better now apart from the high prices off food

I went to KFC has the baby's were hungry i ordered 2 happy kfc meals for them and they charged me £18 english money what a rip off.

Then my daughter asked if she could have a zinger burger meal i gave her a £20 note and they gave her £2 change.

Our flight was 30minutes late but it went smooth.

Other than all the above we did enjoy ourselves and would return to the Club Armar with out a doubt.

Can i just say on the Tuesday we were there we went to meet Pammie and her family at the Club Julian and on the Friday they came to visit us at our hotel

Just like it say thank you Pam and Andy and Family it was a pleasure meeting you.

We also had a nice meal at the Adam And Eve has it was my brother-in -laws birthday while we were there.

But sorry John and Rami that i couldn't get over to Icmeler to see you all.

We are back for a week in Oct we will get over then
