We stayed at these apts a year past New Year time , they are great apts , great locatation and you have made a really good choice. We were able to leave our luggage at the Benidorm Direct Office the day we were leaving but we had a car and it was easy to get them to the office.
As far as I am concerned they are reputable and fully bonded.
Deposits call or telephone day before departure and the office inform about your depsoit.
If its weekend I would call 48 hours before departing.
They always when I have been provided all this info on printed sheets explaining all deposit procdures.
On a previous reply what about late key deposits book an earlier flight,they always have a 24 hour reception for late comers.
