Just wondering if anybody knows of a good site. Not bothered about a pub, Just flat pitches, decent toilet blocks, good play park for a 10 and 8 year old.
Thanks for any help.

Hi, if you like the countryside rather than the seaside, Howgill Lodge is an OK site, not too far from Bolton Abbey. The pitches are themselves level, but all on different levels as the site is built on shelves. The surrounding countryside is gorgeous.
Has anybody been to wolds way campsite in yorkshire.
Wolds way never been but a friend has and highly recommends it, have you tried akebar it is inbetween bedal and leyburn, shower facilities a bit dated but very clean nice site.
Also Golden Square near Helmsley is very good. Would always recommend inland sites as opposed to seaside sites, much better quality.
