My partner has an Italian passport, which she was issued when she was 16 for 5years. She recently renewed it, but instead of the Italian Consulate giving her a new passport, they only signed/stamped a piece of paper and stapled it inside the passport.
The problem is when you look at the photo page, it still says the expiry date is still 04/06 ; thus looking out of date at a first glance, but once you skim through it, it is clearly visible that it has been renewed.
Is this going to cause us any problems when traveling to cyprus???
