Well begining to feel depressed reading some of the comments about Limassol as I am going on Sunday 17th Sept. Its my first time to Cyprus our friends are staying at Curium palce and we are staying at Miramare are they far from each other.

We are off to Limassol on the 19th Sept. for about our 20th time, staying for four weeks and its still not long enough

I now live in Limassol after coming here on holiday for 20 years. I wouldn't want to live any where else as it has everything I want. The tourist area with good hotels and some nice beaches. a lovely seafront walk. The interesting old town and castle, good shops, theatres, cinemas etc. It is also a short drive into the mountains to small villages where you can see life away from the tourist areas. There are lots of interesting places nearby.
I'm sure you will have a great time!

Sorry forgot to mention that the Curium and Miramare are not within walking distance, but a short taxi ride away. The Miramare is a lovely hotel right on the beach, while the Curium is near the town and the municipal park.

The original Starbucks is on the corner of Gladstone St at the back of the park, not far from the Curium roundabout.
There is a new one in the tourist area, so don't know which one you mean!

Helen just said to meet her at Starbucks, and as she is now gone it looks like I might have to send hubby to one while I go to the other
