You asked if anyone could recommend other mixed drinks, well I like Lamumba and drink it in Majorca, Ibiza and Mainland Spain and my variation on this is Peppermint Liqueur with Chocolate milk and ice or a Hazelnut Liqueur (Avellano) with chocolate milk, it is delicious!
Another favorite is Cointreau (or any Orange liqueur) with Orange juice.
Like you I dont drink beer and not keen on wine but I love a good Sangria and most Liqueurs especially Amarettoand Anise.
