AI for a 3 year old and a 16 year old (oh, plus us parents!)

Hi,
may be looking for something that doesnt exist - we want to go to a 4* AI end of June 07 with the following if poss ;

Transfer time from airport not too long
Excellent AI deal with food/drink etc.
Pool where you dont need to get up at the crack of dawn to lay towels!
Good kids entertainment (kids club for 3 year old)
Teen entertainment or spa facilities
Near a fab beach
Close to the biz, but not too close (ie within walking distance)
Clean - hotel needs to be spotless as well as pool area

Okay - I'II stop there - I know this may cost a fair bit, but any suggestions greatly received!

Hi julie

How about either the Elba sara or barcelo fuerteventura in costa caleta fuerteventura - the resort is 10 mins from the airport, both hotels are good 4* all inclusive's, The barcelo is in the town and is practically on the main town beach - The elba is outside of town (15 min walk along promanade) but is next door to a big shopping centre - which has a amusement arcade,cinema and bowling (oh and a macdonalds over the road!!) and there is a gorgeous (man made) white sandy beach in front of the hotel.

We have stayed at the elba and we thought it was great - nice food with little touches like slush puppy machines at the pool bar and lobby bar which you just help yourself to, very clean hotel, kids club was ok but you might find that the majority of places the kids clubs are for 4 yrs + as is the case here.

The barcelo is also 4* all inc and gets good reviews we had a look at it when we were there and it looks nice and clean!
