We are going out soon to consider buying an apartment. A couple of things I would appreciate help on. Can anyone recommend a good independent lawyer? We are considering either a new development at Novo Carthago or the new Polaris World at Condado de Alhama. Any advice on any of this would be most appreciated.

I can recommend a solicitor in Torrevieja, they are spainsh but speak execellent english and communication is excellent too. (reply to emails within 24 hours).
