Hello people!
I have booked first time with first choice for a holiday next March. I have not recieved anything of confirmation in the post as of yet and i booked 3/4 weeks ago. When i have booked with thomson along with reciepts and the holiday printouts i did get a letter in the post regarding my booking from the head office area i presume.
Should i be concerned at all?
Thanks all
I'd give them a call. i know we had our confirmation invoice from thomson head office within 2 weeks. At least it will put your mind at rest. Did you get any confirmation at the time of booking?
We got the usual print out of the accomadation and flights and so on but nothing other than that
We booked with Thomas Cook this year and not sure if we got anything in the post for ages but with booking ref. and name of lead passenger, we could check status of booking.
Haven't used First Choice so don't know if their website has same facility.
If that is the case, I shouldn't worry about not getting anything in the post as you would be safe with a holiday reference I think as the idea of internet bookings is to cut down on paperwork.
Cic
PS - Have just had a look at First Choice website and yes they have this facility. Link here :
