Africa is a very large continent and there are huge variations in the weather from one end to the other. Go to the Mediterrean coast of north Africa and you can expect the weather to be mixed at that time of year and with temperatures in the low 20s only most days. Go to the Atlantic cosat of north Africa (eg western Morrocco) and you'll probably benefit from the effects of the Gulf Stream and can expect temperatures to be a little higher - it'sd on approximately the same latitude as The Canaries. Go to The Gambia and the temperatures will be in the upper 20s/low 30s but it could be humid because you'll probably catch the tail end of the rainy season. Go to Cape Town and the temperatures will be back down to the low 20s because it will be Spring there. You really need to be more specific about what part of Africa you are interested in and then people can offer you more detailed, specific information and advice.

If it is The Gambia that you are thinking of visiting then there are a great many posts about it on this forum and if you use the search facility they'll come up and then you can follow them up with any specific questions you might have.

To be honest, we are not sure where exactly where we are going to go in Africa. So apologies for the vague post. What we do know is we are looking for heat and sunshine for the end of November, along a costal region.
