After having the Port Royale apartments in my grasp and then slide through my fingers at the last minute, I have now been offered the Parque Margarita apartments in Los Cristianos............

Never been in the apartments so can't help you there. But good location, not as high up as Port Royale.
Very near to Cristian Sur, Tenerife Sur, Summerland, Reveron Apartments and the amazing restaurant FUSION!!!

My brother lives in Margarita and I have stayed there many times.
Nice pools, good bar and good company. The location is great. Very quiet and many holiday makers go back year after year.
