Peter - I emailed the hotel and had a very friendly email back saying they have reserved us a room at the back to the right of the hotel overlooking the fields but couldn't guarantee the local having a number 2
Thanks again for all your help, all the bits of advice go to making a fab holiday.
No probs, but please dont be 2 upset when you get there and the room is unavailable they will moev you after a few days but they do have a tendency to forget these things
I've emailed a taxi driver and will wait to see if he comes back to me. I've also been in touch with the hotel and they've reserved the rooms I requested away from the bar and reception areas so hopefully even if we do get the coach we'll still get the rooms we've asked for on arrival.
I'll email them again a week or so before we go, just to jog their memory
a) over the bar (because of noise), the pool area is fine I assure you.
b) on the top floor and without A/C. You will roast even withthe fan on.
Personally I like room....5... i think. It's at the far end of the pool (the deep end) and in the block that is on the main Panjim road.
All I can say is if you are not happy then speak to the staff, they will do everything possible to help
Fritz, thanks for the advice. I'm a really light sleeper and wanted to do what I could to avoid being kept awake all night... of course the other alternative is to get completed wasted every night and pass out
I am going to parazers 29th Oct for 2 weeks with my husband and daughter,we stayed in Nizmar in Feb this year first time to Goa and loved it can't wait to go back. We will probably bump into you there
We stayed there a few years ago and stayed in a room overlooking the fields the block was H rm No 6 or 9 (think thats right)middle flooor. The view was good for the wildlife BUT when we were there we had a pack of dogs that used to come every night and they would start howling, crying round the 4 oclock time woke us up most mornings, but you get a lot of noise from barking dogs most places in goa, thats what we've found anyway, but its not stopped us going back year after year.
Roll on 07 can't wait seems forever away.
I,m sure like all of us on here you'll have a wonderful time what ever.
sorry jules, just noticed that you're at prazeres on the 2nd of november.
