I like to bring home painted plates from every country I vist,also a candle if I can find one.We video and photograph everything possible to prolong the memories

thought this thread was worth reviving. If you are back from your holiday, what did you buy?

Lutenitsa, it's a tomato & pointy pepper puree, never found anything in UK to equal it.

Quite agree Patka with the pepper things, can anybody beat my sheeps cheese that I was given to bring home the other week, a whole kilo, trouble is no-one else will eat it! and no I did not buy it. After a wonderful meal with Bulgarian friends and I said I liked it just before my flight back home I was duly presented with it (as I need feeding up according to them) along with my favourite wine.
