I believe this was the ship that had a collision and was damaged in the straits of Gibraltar a couple of years ago.
Might explain the list!
Hi Donna, there is one thing that concerns me a little, this is the first cruse my wife and I have ever been on and I do not like having to wear suits very much, don't really want to even pack it (yes I only have one, have to have it for funerals) will I feel uncomfortable on the VG at the formal dinners with just a sports jacket and trousers or is there perhaps a second restaurant where I can eat whiteout feeling I am being looked down on by a load of pompous diner suit and cocktail dress wearing peacocks? Your thoughts on this would be greatly appreciated. Sorry if I have offended you in this.
I have never done a Norway cruise but I know someone who has on the Van Gogh so if you want any info on Norway I could ask my friend for advice.
I think I am starting to sound like an advert for travelscope again I think I should get comission lol.
also have you checked out the ship happens website if you go to the just reviews section from the home page there are a number of reviews here of the ship some good some not but then you always get someone who can find fault. I am sure some people go out of there way to find faults no matter what.

Also I hope you dont drink coffee I dont but a number of people who cruise on her said it was the most disgusting coffee they have ever tasted.
Donna
