can anybody tell me about the casino boat.??? do you have to pay to get on...?how far is it from calungute..? does it move..? and finally is it all night many thanks jimbob

Sara here, the casino boat is fab, me and Gaz went on it in August for my b/day & anniversary, although it didn't sail in the monsoon we had a fab night, we were on it 8 hrs had loads to drink and the food was lovey. It does sail in season and i think the entry fee is around 3.000 rupees approx 37 quid. not long now till you get here pal, Kingfisher is on ice ready for ya.

The Caravela is moored in Panjim and the price includes all local brand drinks and the excellent buffet. Try this link for more info.

hey, i did not know there was a casino boat in goa. i remember, there was one in hotel renaissance way back in 1993 or so but i don't know if it is still operating.
can anyone confirm that this casino boat is still operational.
we are going to goa next week, that would be a bonus.
