Please can anyone give me the email address and contact name for ordering something from Ikea in Tenerife?
I want to order a sofa that I have seen in the catalogue in the UK so instead of going all the way to Ikea in Tenerife I thought I might order and pay for it on-line, then have it delivered to the apartment.
Is it straightforward and does anyone know the usual length of time between order and delivery? Also what is the delivery charge please?
Sorry I know this query has been discussed before but I have done a search and cant find it.

You would have to ensure that the sofa is available over in Tenerife as there could be differences between the UK and Spanish catalogues.
There is a difference in products in the Tenerife IKEA catalogue we picked loads of things ( one being a leather sofa ) and they did not stock it... we also ordered stuff before we went over and gave them the dates to arrive and must say they were very punctual. The only problem is that they themselves dont know when things are arriving they just take shipments as and when they arrive and they dont know what they are getting till the lorry arrives.
