Iam also going on the Superstar Gemini and a stay at the Seaview Patong for newyear. I would be very gratefull of any information regarding the Cruise. I have found a small number of review sites and they all say it is an excellent holiday.The latest review i found was on the Thomson site, this stated both the Cruise and the Hotel were excellent. This will be my first time in Thailand and i am very much looking foward to it. Any reviews on both the Cruise and the Hotel would be good. Thankyou.

My only experience of the Gemini was visiting the small night market set up by it at Phuket Port....this was for the crews benefit while in port. I watched it sail past the Cape Panwa hotel the next day...although not a large ship it certainly looked a size when put in the context of the Port of Phuket. Also saw the Virgo...now that was big.

It might be an idea for you to repeat your plea for info on the cruise forum.
