we have just booked a good deal for 3 weeks in march to the village royale hotel in calangute.
we know its basic, we know its out of the way, we know some people hated it but that doesnt bother us at all, we just needed a cheapie to try this time to have the holiday we should have had last december but for the family from hell we took with us then!!!!!
(some might remember my sorry tale of woe 
)id love to find the village royale on google earth, ive done a search on previous forum posts about the hotel to get some clues to where to look on google earth & its supposed to be not far from a big white church (st alex) but i cant even find that on google earth.
can anyone help point me in the right direction??? or give me some google earth co-ordinates for it???

Stayed at Village Royale about 3 yrs ago. Not bad, not great.... but for its money who cares, its just a base
