Hi,
My sister and I are thinking to going to Sunnybeech in August. This holiday resort is new to Dublin travellers so not a lot of people in Dublin know about it. I have a few Questions I hope someone can help me.
1. Has anyone stayed in the Sun City Apartments of Green Fort Apartments or the Sands Apartments, If so are they in a good location to the beech and are they clean?
2. Nightlife, we are aged 26 and 30 and are single so we are into relaxing during the day and going mad at night, is it more of a pub scene or are there big nightlcubs? What time do the bars close at and what is the music like? Are the bars full of teenagers?
3. Food... have heard very mixed reports about food, I am a fussy eater, are there international restauants?
4. Is there day boat trips available or any other activities to do during the day?
5. How much on average would you spend in a week with eating out and drinking every night?
6 Is is safe for 2 girls, are the locals nice?
Thank you in advance.
Laura
welcome to HT Laura. We have some threads at the top of the page for weather, money and trips. I'll "top" the Sunny Beach Q&As for you.
Had a look for your apartments and they appear to be being built at the moment. From previous experience of members it is best to go for ones which are definitely up and running at the time of booking. Things don't always go to the expected time scale in Bulgaria!
I would second that- better to go for something that is built. For one you know it is there but most importantly you can choose going by reviews from people who have been there.
We have only once booked from an artists impression, but rapidly altered our booking as the reviews came in as they were awful (not in Bulgaria!) If you can research first as you are very wisely doing it saves an awful lot of stress and 'expense' in trying to rectify things.
