Weather in March

We are hoping to visit Altura to celebrate our Golden Wedding, in March 2008. Will the weather be quite warm at this time. Also will the little bars and restaurants be open.
It's raining here at the moment but don't let that put you off too much! By March the weather should be in the mid-60's but there is always a pssibility of rain.
The main tourist season doesn't get under way until Easter so in March you are likely to find a number of places are closed.
