Hi I am looking to book a holiday to Lake garda in september for my fiance's birthday. He loves cycling so I was either looking to hire bikes or book a hotel with free hire, unfortunately that only tends to be the 4* ones! Just wondered which was the cheapest way book expensive hotel and have free hire or book cheaper hotel and pay for hire?

Have you googled hiring bicycles in Italy? That should give you an idea of cost and then add on a hotel/BB of your choice.

Thanks. I have found some hotels that hire for free and have tried google but all that seems to come up is bike holidays with set tours. We just want to go out a few times by ourselves. Just wondered how much the towns hire them for.
