Hi dermott. Yes, that was his name onstage. As for his age, I couldn't say exactly, but he was most likely over sixty.

I was speaking to Matt Fisher this afternoon, (the son in Matthew and Son), he and Colin (Dad) also perform at Valentines, they were usually the act previous to Stuart Jason. Matt informed me that Stuart was 62, and died of a heart attack. Apparently, he died in his sleep, so we have to be thankful for small mercies.
