hi there we too have been to salou many times and have nearly always visited champions bar. It is at the top of the main street (charles bourgas) nearly opposite the oasis park hotel and the craft market is opposite the bar. If you need any further directions to the bar then just let me know although the bar is now not as good as it used to be when we first went to salou. We went back to salou ourselves last year and visited a pub called the Miami bar off the wooden walkway shops (saragosa) down the road from robin hood bar and there you can get a pint of san miguel lager for 1 euro it is well worth it and the staff are really friendly there, as i said if you need any further info just contact me.
