Please can someone help me with my problem with first choice.
We are due to go to the los Zocos in 2 weeks and yesterday recieved a letter from first choice (which was dated nearly 10 days ago) saying that they had just been informed from the los zocos of extensive refurbishment that will be going on while we are there. We booked our holiday in december and managed to get a brilliant deal for an all inc for £650 which inclueded a free child place. I rang the customer service yesterday and after about half hour tapping into her pc she announced i could accept a half board holiday from them or have my money back. I feel really upset and let down by this as she says everything is now nearly double and theres no free child places left..
Has anyone been in this situation before.. i really dont know what to do now... Any help and advice will be really appreciated.

It might be wise as you are going so soon to phone Ros Fernihough on 01922 621114. She is a travel law lawyer who offers free advice and has assisted our members with problems in the past.
or have my money back.
There should be compensation as well as a full refund. Have a look at the booking conditions and follow Glynis's advice re ringing Ros.
