Hello oslo, this is always a hard one to call how hard are you going to party you could spend 5 to 10Ml just on a meal at night, wine say 5Ml a bottle and then there is lunch say 5Ml with a drink so there's 20Ml you could cut this down by half with say a big mac and pop twice a day.
So that leaves you with 15Ml you will need 1Ml for bus fare to Paceville and remember that the buses stop running at 10.30 so its a taxi home from here I would say you would be lucky to get a taxi for 10Ml so that leaves 4Ml to party, not very much left a. Yes what if you meet a girl I would say you may have to double what you are thinking of, this is just a guess think of what you would spend at home for a good night out and you are on the right lines for how much you will need.

I visited in September/October and we got a taxi for LM 6 at that time. I am travelling with five to seven friends and therefore taxi costs are next to nothing. About the partying: It is possible to squeeze it under LM 5 I think, unless you need to pay entrance fees. My main issue is now: Stay there for 14 days and live for LM 25 a day, or live large by staying 10 days and have a daily budget of LM 35. Anyways, it`s gonna be a hell of a trip:D

Hell no, I am actually the guy who buys everyone drinks. The only way I am considering my options is that I am 18 years old, and as a lot of other teens I don`t have a filthy amount of money. The money I get from my parents is only £350 a month. So please cut the sarcasm.

Hello Alan, yes what was I thinking. Oslo I was only thinking of the price of a night out now days, but if you can do it for that then good on you prices in Malta have gone up over the last few years as I well know having been twice in the last few years, while the local beer may still be cheap if like lots of other teenagers who drink premium bottle beer, well in all cases you will have to pay at least 1.50Ml per bottle if not more so your money won't go far.

atleast Lm 1.50 per bottle !!!! you must be drinking in 5* hotel bars - I don't know of any bar in Gozo charging anything close to that, except possibly the Kempinski - most bars I know charge 40-60c per bottle and 50-60c for a measure of spirits

It was not my intention to sound like a cheap guy, but when a bottle of CISK cost 65 cent and a tequila shot costs 50 cent, you dont really have to spend a huge amount on drinking. In norway a pint costs from LM 2.50 and up, so compared Malta is very reasonable.
