Hi Wizard, For flights we usually try teletext holidays first to see what they come up with. Then Fly Thomas Cook - which we are flying with - Thomson fly or XL. It's a matter of which flight come up cheapest for your dates.
For your accommodation. If you know which hotel you want, just do a google dearch and see which come up cheapest. We got ours from low cost beds.
Teletext holidays is the first place we go to for flights and holidays to get an idea of what is available. Then try the others.

freedomdirect, quickrooms,findmeaccom are good for accommodation

We have used XL for flights but this time First Choice came out cheapest. Usually check out prices on Travel Supermarket. For accomodation we used medhotels or findmeaccom - both have worked out cheaper than booking direct with the hotel (?!? ) but it is always worth checking out the prices offered.

we went to olu deniz in October 2005 and it was the best holiday ever. We stayed at olu deniz resort hotel all inclusive but you dont need to as the town is a 5/10 min walk and everything was cheap. All the markets were literally giving stuff away as it end of season. Highly recommend this, weather was lovely.

Also went to Olu in July AND October 2006. Fantastic resort, everytime I have been (which is 3 times now), as soon as I turn the corner, and the breathtaking view of the resort from the top of the mountain, I feel like I am coming home. Going again July this year, simply cant wait!!!!
