The IP has a Casino Gold special which is available until 31 December, but perhaps not on every date. A deluxe room is £65 Sun-Thurs and $85 Fri & Sat. It's not available for our dates in May, but may be for October.

Well I have booked my 10 night flight again with American Airlines and am now on the prowl for hotel deals but we don't go until November.

I will as Luci said book something and then just keep watching and I have a lot of online friends on Trip Advisor and Las Vegas Talk who will also watch out for the deals in the hotels I am interested in so hopefully I will grab another bargain.

I may do a few nights South end and a few North end and then have a week in the centre of strip just so I can sample a few other hotels.

I may fancy a country show in Sams town and stay there a few night but who knows as its all the fun of Vegas and I don't think anywhere else in the world can match THAT type of exciting holiday for me.

I've booked the IP for our November trip, but will start looking out for deals 2-3 months before and hopefully get another Caesars or Aladdin offer.

I was tempted to go for the MGM deal in May, but we're already going to the Aladdin/IP/Aladdin and it would have been too much moving about.

I think that's expensive for the IP. £543 = $1059 which is an average of $151/night. You will do much better than that nearer the time. However I don't know how much they charge for an extra person in the room.

If you were lucky enough to get the Casino Gold rate, which is unlikely for all your nights, it would be $515 = £264. May be worth giving them a call as even if you only got it for a few of the nights it would be a saving.

Bear in mind that there will be 9% tax added to all room rates and the IP also charges $1/day phone access.

The price I posted above I got from their site on Sat
Today it's coming out at $797...£408 for 3 adults
for 2 it's $671 ....£344 so it's just over £60 more for the week for us to take my daughter

I would book the IP at that rate ASAP. They will only take one night's accommodation charge and you can cancel up to 48 hours before arrival without penalty.

I have just called the IP. They quoted a total of $976 + tax for 23 October for 7 nights. That's $128 Sun-Thurs and $168 Fri & Sat. Week commencing 30 October is $1008 + tax.

Once you have booked just keep an eye on the rates and if they come down, call them and they will adjust the rate.

You will get a 5% discount from the IP if you book online.
