Try an Egyptian travel agent.
You might be better hiring a car and driver for the day. The cost is fairly reasonable and the driver would be able to find a guide at the pyramids for you.
Have a look in the Cairo Yellow Pages (available on internet) and look there.

PS It's an extra 100LE to go inside the Great Pyramid, but it's money well spent
