Can anyone help?
I am trying to book internal flights with Nok Air on their website.
The following message keeps appearing:
'Sorry, the transaction to the bank payment gateway could not be processed. Please try again or contact your credit card issuer for details.'
I tried again and the same appeared.
Have rung my issuer who say there is no problem with the card and they have no record of the attempted transaction.
So tried another card. Still got same message.
Anyone got any advice?
I wish I could help! I've only had problems in the past because my cc company has blocked the transaction in case of fraud. But obv not the case with you
Is it because you need to have a credit card issued within the Thai banking system...I know some of the booking systems have that sort of check.
Will try agian later.
Tried again this morning - went through no problem.
so it was just a glitch then? That's a relief!
