Okay random question here lol btw hi everyone, I posted in the Lanzarote forum last year as me and my family went there for two weeks in late June.

Anyway this year we're going to Gran Canaria we haven't been there before either but we're hoping its as nice as Lanzarote we really enjoyed the holiday there last year (and boy were we happy the villa was easily reached by car unlike a couple of other holidays where we had to drive through some really bad dirt tracks half way up mountains to reach our accomodation!)

We booked with James Villas on Monday but unfortunately haven't been sent the confirmation pack in the mail yet though the deposit has been taken by them and we got the email confirmation (plus on the website the villa calendar shows that its booked for the 2 weeks we requested) so we at least presume that its gone through ok...

Anywhooo... my dad asked me if I could enquire about whether or not its possible to buy Marmite in Gran Canaria I think he used to carry some in his hand luggage but now there are restrictions on that we're not going to but he wants to know if he can buy it there or not... oh and we're staying in the town/resort/area of Tauro...

I told him I'd enquire for him and this was the first place I thought of to ask, having remembered last year reading people in the Lanzarote forum discussing where you can buy Irn Bru, so I'm presuming maybe there are some Marmite fans who can help my dad(?) and anyone who has any other tips/advice/recommendations or whatever else for us for our holiday of course feel free to post those too although its quite a while off yet (just under 4 months)... still its nice to have something to look forward to (and im hoping the confirmation pack or whatever its called, booking pack, does come through in the mail soon - my dad also sent the company an email double checking its all ok)
