Lee,If you look through the Turkey forum back to January 18th there is a topic on this hotel and a link at the bottom of the page to a review from a member of HT who had a bad holiday here..Its not in Side but on the outskirts of Managavat,quite a distance away.Its the Sunrise Queen that is in Side.

we (2 adults + 2 children aged 12,3) have booked to go to this resort on 16th august for 2 wks with thomas cook.
you will find some positive comments on this resort on tripadvisor web page.
snow white on this forum had a bad holiday there a couple of years ago but reading different forums the resort has changed for the better since then!!!
the main complaint seems tobe about the russians! but a holiday is what you make of it!!
the hotel has its own web page if you search it, it looks fab.
when are you going there?
