After much stressing, we've narrowed our choice of hotels down to two (have to go with these two as we've already booked with Travel Republic and now wanting to change hotel(. We have booked to stay in the Pyramisa but are now looking at the hotel next door, the Sultan Gardens (previously the Holiday Inn) - both an on AI basis.

We're a group of two couples (aged between 25 and 61) and we would be going into Naama Bay on a couple of evenings but on the evenings we stayed in the hotel, we would want a large hotel which we could walk round which had a choice of both restaurants and bars to choose from, We can make our own entertainment so don't mind if there's no entertainment in the hotel (people watching is often the best form of entertainment!!). The more bars there are to visit, which would include a stroll round the hotel gardens, would probably be best for uss I've also read that the Sultan Gardens has a heated pool but the Pyramisa doesn't.

Can anybody help me with my choice - if you've seen the hotels, which looked the nicest; if you've stayed at either of them, what were they like? Hope somebody can help.
