Has anyone been on either of Thomson's (Portland Direct) free excursions to Mijas or Malaga (called "Take the High Road" and "Discover Malaga")?

I notice that they're operated by European Health Promotions and each of them has a "light hearted demonstration of health products" at the end of each.

Is it light hearted or do they do a hard sell on you (no thanks!)? Would you recommend going on them?
