I've stayed at the Fiesta Palm Beach (which is more or less next door to the Don Toni) and have taken the all inclusive option on arrival each time (3 times on all).
I'm assuming that the Don Toni will be the same as they're both Fiesta hotels with the same facilities and ratings etc. so.....
There were 2 options. The first was just all inclusive drinks and the second was fully all inclusive. The first option is pretty self explanitory but the 2nd option included lunch in the dining room and "snacks" all day up until midnight. It also included all you can drink which also included bottles of wine in the restaurant.
The snacks weren't really anything fancy, just ham and cheese toastie or a burger (all microwaved) but were enough to stop you from going hungy and the kids seem to like them!
Hope that helps a bit.
Apparently the burgers and hot dogs are nice though.
I havent tried them but I know someone who has, we had a vegetarian with us last year at the Bahamas (Fiesta) so they took the ham out of a toastie lol, she enjoyed it
as has been said the all inclusive package includes all drinks plus sandwiches ie: burgers hot dogs, ham and cheese toasties but NOT ice cream or chips!
Don't know how guests staying at the Don Toni can cram in Burgers and Chips late at night, we have found the food available at Don Toni to be so filling on Half Board, we can't even manage lunch!....lol
well you see londonexiles, what I do is diet for a couple of months, sign up for all inclusive, eat brekki lunch and dinner
As we will be arriving around 10pm & want to upgrade, does this mean we will miss out on our first day? we have a party of 6 costing £1100 euros to upgrade but if we are gonna miss out on the first day im considering doing the all inc for just the week out the two. Is it possible to do the all inc for 13 days instead of the 14 here? also, is it wise to pay in sterling as we always change our cash over there than here & as we are arriving late we may be too late to find a booth. I know hotels exchange cash....but dont they usually rip you off?
you can do the all inclusive upgrade for any number of days in excess of 7 so there shouldn't be any trouble with 13 days.
enjoy your hoiday, we did the don toni 3 years ago and really enjoyed it, back to the cala nova next week though
hiya can anyone give me a rough idea on the price to upgrade to the drinks AI at the don toni for 2 adults and 2 14 yr old teenagers for 14 days booking for nxt yr ,any info would be grateful .....many thanks izzy
It works out to around £12 per adult a day & £7 for kids per day. No chips were available afortnight ago
We upgraded to drinks n snacks this year at the Bahamas (Fiesta) so I;m assuming they are same price ..........it was £540 for 2 weeks for 2 adults and 2 teenagers
any info would be grateful thanks izzy
Its a fantastic hotel we all loved it so much we have already booked to go back next July.

Can anyone who has been to this hotel tell me if there is a specific room or rooms to request.I would like a room that gets the sun till the sun goes down and one that you can see the evening entertainment from.Any replies would be very much appreciated.
I have merged your post with an existing topic which may have some additional information on the hotel.
The rooms come in blocks 1000 block 2000 3000 4000 5000 and 6000. We have requested 5000 block as its near to the beach and pool but far enough away from reception so its not too noisy at night.
If you want sun till late evening you will have to ask for 1000 2000 or 3000 block but they back onto the kitchens and reception so are not very quiet at night or early morning.
You would be better off with 4000 5000 or 6000 block. You do still get sun but its out the back of your room rather than the front.
If you want to see evening entertainment from your room then again 1000 or 2000 block would be best for this but again is the noisier part of the hotel.
Hope that helps.
Have booked to go to Hotel Don Toni on 18th June (3 families).
mac, we will be arriving on 28th June. There are 17 of us so i dont think you will miss us.
We're off to Club Don Toni on the 17th May (for 1 week) Can't quite believe it's almost here! I think we'll upgrade to all inclusive but can't decide whether to go for just drinks or food as well. Any thoughts would be appreciated. It will be the 3 of us (son is 6)
We always go all in for the drinks,it saves us loads,we don't bother with the food because we like to get lunch out, sometimes just a roll and cheese from the local shops. We've never stayed at the Don Toni,we go to Bahamas,it will be our 4th visit.Hope you have a good time.sure you will,we go on the 23rd May.
