We're due to fly to Borneo in 3 1/2 weeks on a Thomas Cook tour & our tickets still haven't yet arrived.
Should we have had them by now?

My daughter is going to Lanzarote on the 2nd May and her tickets arrived yesterday .......... through her e-mail, she had to print them off. Check your e-mail just in case .
I called the Travel Agent the other day, because I fly out 2 weeks today, and I read that someone had their tickets. The travel agent told me that Goldtrail dont usually send until a week, so I wouldnt worry too much about it just yet.

I just called the TA & they said that they haven't recieved them yet but they have it in the diary to start chasing 10 days before we travel.
I've also requested that we collect them from the shop as our post is quite dodgy.
