It takes about an hour after landing for the transfer coach to set off. It takes another hour to get to Sorrento, depending on traffic. Then if your hotel is last on the route, it cold be a further 30 minutes. Hopefully, you should be checked into your hotel before 9pm.

You might be lucky and miss the commuter traffic by the time you actually get away from the airport. Otherwise, be prepared for sitting in traffic for a very long time. Add at least an hour on to what your brochure tells you.
Naples airport is a nightmare cattle market! As you've never been to Italy before, be prepared for very bad driving. This area of Italy is the worst I ever come across for driving. You'll be better if you don't look out the windows of your bus!
