Hi,

Have just recently posted about Lindia Thalassa about 4 down - check it out. We've been in middle of July and it's still hot at night. Can't imagine it would be cold in the evenings in June but never been then. There are lots of the usual holiday resort shops and loads of restuarants and bars but not much in the way of entertainment other than music playing in bars. There's some entertainment at the apartments and also across the road at the Pefki Island but just the usual karaoke etc Never saw any sign of the dreaded mozzies so I wouldn't take too much repellent with you....besides you get all these things in the shops there.
I am sure you will enjoy it. :sun

Sorry...don't know. I never saw or heard of one but we weren't in the village much during the day. Lots of "designer style" leather goods for sale in Lindos shops.

CazT123 - We are going to lindia Thalassa in june, we stayed at matina a couple of years ago in Pefkos and trust me its Everything you are wishing for that you say. A lovely place, couldnt recommend it enough (and we never go back to the same place twice, but have made an exception here).

You will deffo not need a coat at all, dont waste your time bringing it. We had to hire the air con last time in June it was so hot on a night.

Id say no to going on the reps excursions, theres loads to do on your own, car hire is dirt cheap too.

Despite what has been written on here we never had a problem with mozzies, the air con prob helped on a night.

Lindia Thallassa Apartments are great but a word of warning before you go. The air con. is very expensive. We had a 2 bedroom apt with a unit in each bedroom. We took both for the fortnight. Before we had gone further than reception we had parted with around 250 euros -200 for air con and 50 for safe! If it's not about 40 deg you might get away with just one. Best to be fore-warned then you can budget for it....I don't think it would be very comfortable without it. We used Marathon car hire. They were cheap and reliable. I think it was less than £15 a day. The roads are pretty good so it's easy to get around the island.
