Its been around 10 years since we stayed here, but we popped in for a drink 2 years ago and nothing much seemed to have changed. The Holiday Park is just at the end of the Irish Quarter, so although you're in the middle of everything you can manage to sleep. There are loads of pubs and restaurants in the area- you'll be spoilt for choice. The beach at a guess is roughly around 500 metres but with loads of shops and pubs on the way it doesn't seem far. From what I can remember the apartments are a decent size - we had the one bedroom one. The pool is also a decent size and stayed open late. Hope this is of some help.

Just one more quick question, i have read a few reviews of the apartments which seem to be mixed in with reviews of the Holiday Centre apartments, are these seperate to the Holiday Park or are they all the same? I'm a bit confused!!

hi kim - Holiday Centre are separate apartments from the Holiday Park. We had a one bed at Holiday Park and it was fine (we had a really cheap deal in october one year). Lots of steps in the complex depending on which apartment you are in, but good sized pool and our apartment was fine.

I popped in for a nosey last year when I was in Santa Ponsa and they looked much the same - although reception perhaps a bit better than when we were there the last time. I would definitely stay there again - the only problem we had was that the shower wasn't very good, but that was a minor issue which didn't bother us. We had a great time and it was a good location.

Great, thanks for clearing that up for me!! I was getting a bit worried because the the reviews for the holiday centre dont seem to be as good as those for the holiday park, but my mind is put at ease now!!
